Good morning everyone!  Not much new last week,  Barbara is getting better but not yet recovered.  She has a doctor appointment this morning to see if there is anything else she should be doing.

Her cats are back to bringing in wildlife to the house. Last week they brought in a rat and then let it go. Sesame would catch it and as Barbara said would torture if for awhile before releasing it. Barbara was up and saw the poor thing slinking around as Barbara was not mobile enough to catch it - she decided if it got close enough to her she would 'throw a book at it". Which is exactly what happened - rat dead - cause of death - having a book thrown at it.

Friday we were over to Barbara's and took her out for a drive as the weather was so nice. We just drove around town and saw some of the flowers and then went down to the ocean for awhile. Besides her first trip out to see the doctor it was the first time she was out of the house. The new handrails installed by George (friend) made it much easier for her to climb the stairs.
